Join Lackawanna Heritage Valley and our friends from the Steamtown National Historic Site as we ride both the rails and the trails this Father’s Day weekend for our inaugural Outdoor Adventure Train Excursion!
We’ll take a scenic, summer ride along the rails of the former Delaware & Hudson RR for an outdoor afternoon adventure along the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail that you won’t want to miss! Choose between hiking or biking excursions for an extra special day in the Lackawanna Valley!
CHOOSE YOUR OUTDOOR ADVENTURE:
Explore the path less traveled with a four-mile hike along the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail! Our hiking group will disembark at the Laurel Street Trailhead in Archbald for a serene and leisurely four-mile trek to the historic Olyphant Train Station, where all passengers will meet to ride the rails back to Steamtown.
𝘽𝙄𝙆𝙀𝙎 𝘼𝘽𝙊𝘼𝙍𝘿! (SOLD OUT)
For those adventure seekers who wish to explore more of the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail, you can bring your bike along for the ride!
